Thanks frijj and clare, i'm so thrilled, I put on 1 and a half lb last week so i was determined this week and followed a 7 day menu from the sw web site so I guess they really do work! lol

I don't take responsibilty when I am invited to someone's house for dinner and they offer profiteroles!! I'm going to put all that back on you. lol (my mum always told me it's rude to refuse) well thats my excuse!
