Afternoon all, yes another busy day for me. Went to WI and the gain was 3.5lb so not as bad as I thought but I already have my starting weight on my own scales which is the weight I was on them 2 weeks ago.
Then I went to the gym and I wanted to add a new programme, a shorter one so when I don't have enough time to do my full programme I can still do a shorter work out. We got it all sorted then just as he was about to save it on the computer the whole system crashed and wiped my existing programme and the new one! So I had to do my programme without using my key and I have to go in tomorrow to reset BOTH programmes!
Then I went swimming and I am comfortably doing half a mile in half an hour so I am pleased with that. I plan to swim again tomorrow too. And Friday!
Then I had to go into work to see one of my colleagues and to pick up my new uniform. Then I bumped into a colleague/friend/neighbour who I had also bumped into yesterday just as she was finishing work so again I gave her a lift home. And now here I am!
