I now am out on sat and I am trying to wangle it so that I can not go over (flexi synning) but within reason as the ppl we are with dont see or suport the diet kwim!?

I was very disappointed to read a very unsupportive post on your thread.
That is not how we are on this site and I would not expect a post like that especially from a new member.
Taz you are a wonderful member and always so full of support for others.

Well firstly you don't need to justify yourself to people who don't know you - well to anyone but you know what I mean!
Secondly, I know more than most what you are going through in your life at the moment and if you want to reach for a bag of crisps or a bar of chocolate, then I think that's absolutely fine. There are a lot worse things you could be reaching for.
With all the exercise you should be burning off these "naughty essentials" as you are eating them.
As you have already discovered, we are behind you 110% so don't you ever forget it.

I just want to thank you all for all the lovely comments, reps and PMs, it really means a lot to know I have so much support here from such wonderful people. It is rare to see unsupportive posts, especially from someone who knows nothing about me!
Nomad you are right on so many points there! I don't have to justify myself to anyone, I am entitled to seek comfort in which ever chocolate wrapper takes my fancy, I could have chosen worse vices to get through this difficult time but I didn't. More importantly, you were right that you know more than anyone how things are for me right now. Love ya loads hun x
