Morning all, I have been on the local radio this morning which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I am off out to do some work shortly then off for a swim then have a relaxing afternoon followed by training this evening!

Glad all went well Taz - I knew you'd be OK. Was it live or can we catch it somewhere?

It was Original FM Gem, the Bristol one, I have looked on their site but there is no play back facility
