I always have some cooked potatoes in the fridge (usually new potatoes but not always) to use to make 'chips' with, they cook much quicker then as they are only heated and browned as already ok to eat anyway. I also use these to make a potato salad or slice and saute in frying pan with fry light - great with an egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Helps me get something quickly as already cooked - i do also snack on them cold! (sad i know lol!)
