Evening all! Not hiding, just been busy. I am in London tonight for a course for work. I have managed to get some swimming done in the hotel pool and I was a good girl at dinner. I had chicken and potatoes followed by fruit salad! Can't guarantee that breakfast will be good though!

I hope you have been well these past few months. Apologies for disappearing, you know how 'life' happens! We (my OH and I) are starting at a class next Tuesday so back with a vengeance!!

Also apologies for disappearing from Facebook. Someone hacked my account so I closed that one and opened a new one but forgot to let anyone know!!!

Evening all! I am home now and knackered! It was a very eventful 2 days. Gem, the course wasn't in the hotel, we were just staying there.

Nope, didn't get on the scales.

I have had a horrible day and just polished off a chow mein. I am, along with some colleagues, being bullied at work! I thought I worked with adults but it seems I work with a bunch of immature a-holes! On the plus side, I got home to a n email saying I have an interview for a promotion so hopefully I will be able to get away from them soon!

Taz - great news about the interview - you so deserve it.

It's anti-bullying week this week and that doesn't mean just for kids. Workplace bullying is illegal and your trade union should be able to sort it out x
