yep! On the plus side, I should be moving to permanent earlies in a few months which means I can make it to training every week. before that though me and Nomad have Snowdonia to train for!

Nomad and I did the Aspire channel swim challenge last year which involved swimming 22 miles in the swimming pool withing 12 weeks. That was easy. So for our next challenge we are going to take part in another charity swim for Aspire. This one is in Snowdonia. It's a 1.5mile walk to the lake, 4km swim across, break for lunch then 4km swim back. Really looking forward to it

i would love to do that except i have a strange phobia about deep water, like the sea and lakes. all sorts of monsters you know!!! i blame my parents for letting me watch Jaws when i was about 4!

I don't worry about monsters, just the little things that might swim in or crawl around on the edge of............

Not really Jim, just chilling then training tonight. Got a friend coming round for coffee soon though

Got the week off Jim! Will be up early in the morning though to get to the pool

Well I can confirm that some are packing as we speak but I don't want to say anything too soon, tomorrow is eviction day!
