Evening all! I have had a busy week with not much chance to get on here. I have a short day tomorrow then Sunday off

evening all! I have a very sore throat and I think my voice is on the edge of leaving ah well, at least Mr Taz will have some peace and quiet!

Me and kat are doing the Sport Relief Mile tomorrow. Neither of us have any sponsors as I cant work out how to get the online sponsor thing working but we are really only doing it as a warm up for RFL

It was a little too easy really. We walked it in 18 minutes, didn't even get the water out of my bag!

Not such good news, I am having real trouble with my knee again. It gave out a few times yesterday so I am going to have to wear my support when I go out today

Morning Taz, that's not good news about the knee love, I'm sorry to here that.

It's just life I'm afraid Jim, I will have to endure this forever so I just have to get used to it. I can't take mobility for granted with my condition as I could lose it at any time. I make the most of what I can do now so that if in the future I am restricted I wont look back wishing I'd done more
