No for a couple of reasons. I have always done green and they work well for me but I gain weight if I do red days. Not all plans work for all people. The other reason is that I use all my HE's so I would miss them if I did EE and would get very little benefit from it. Some people love the EE plan but it's just not for me,Do you ever do Extra Easy?
