Evening all! Well I have not been too well at all lately, I have really painful ulcers in the right side of my mouth which I think is forcing my jaw into an unnatural position as it has been very tight and painful for the last week! I have had to take painkillers every day which isn't too good and my sleep pattern is very erratic. I keep falling asleep quite suddenly in the early evening and although I fight to try and keep my eyes open I can't do it!

We went out for dinner last night and on the way home I was feeling quite ill. Imagine have a few pints/shots/glasses of wine then going on a rollercoaster: Thats how I was feeling - and I hadn't had a drop to drink! I went to bed as soon as I got home.

Not much else to report in Tazzy-World. Hope you all had a good weekend x

Morning Taz, I hate mouth ulcers, I hope you're better this morning

When I was in Cardiff earlier I got some salt from Burger King and salt bombed them! Very painful but it does dry them out. They are still very painful and one is on the join of my gum and cheek so my whole cheek is hurting! They will soon go but it's annoying til they do

I've used salt before, bonjela seems quite good though.

Hvave totally lost the plot so am going to leave the weightlosses and start again, have gone back to class and hoping to get back to good weightlosses again soon )

I still have the ulcers I did go to a party last night but left early. I am going to stop the tablets now if I can survive work! Tomorrow will be day 4 so I just have to get through another 6 days and I will have won!

Morning all, day 4 off the drugs and I woke up with pains in my stomach but they have eased now. I have a short job today so its not all bad
