Morning all! Elf and I went to the fat farm last night and lost 10lb between us! Wish that was real weight but as last week was the first week we wore slightly more clothing and ate before we went. I am hoping for a loss at my official WI on Friday but I have to run a vending machine gauntlett tomorrow which could be lethal!

Of the see the nurse in an hour to see if they will give me the vouchers again.
 
Still a good result & a confidence boost. Well done. x :)
 
Thanks Jools. My scales are telling me that I have lost last weeks 2lb gain but I have tomorrow to go yet!

Well that was a total waste of time! Due to government cuts they are stopping the voucher scheme!!! I said, so I will be back in 6 months for expensive lifelong treatment for the effects of obesity then! Totally contradictory
 
That's not good Taz - but you won't let it stop you doing what you need to do will you x
 
They are cutting everything Taz.

That is really poo about the vouchers honey :(

I did make that soup tonight and its not bad after all, pop round and we will do ladies what lunch (on soup)!!!
