Afternoon all! All is not well in Tazzy Towers 
the ceiling fell in yesterday evening so this morning has been taken up with many many phone calls to sort out the insurance etc. We have the building evaluator coming tomorrow and the contents evaluator say they can't come out til next week!!! I phoned the insurance company back and told them that it's not acceptable to wait that long having to hold on to the damaged furniture so they are trying to get someone out sooner. Not happy

Oh no, that's not your new furniture is it? I thought they were sorting the problem out? What a nightmare. Lots of hugs xx
