Thanks Gem, I ended up losing 1.5lbs this week so I am happy with that. I have decided not to weigh myself inbetween WI anymore.

Weigh in between works well for me Nicky. I don't worry if it fluctuates but if I don't get the result I want on the day and it was down yesterday or the day before (like on Monday's STS) I take comfort that the trend WAS downwards and know that the next pound is on its way to eviction, just can't quite get out the door. x

Right well I tried to get through the day without copious amounts of painkillers and that wasn't the smartest of ideas! Not only is my neck shoulder and now my back painful but it makes me feel really cack too
 
Hope you feel better soon Taz. Just watch points with the back Taz. Classic whiplash problem when more severe. Just take care x
 
I will but I think it might just be aching where I can't get comfortable whilst sitting in a chair... or laying down... or standing up...

hey hon. how did the weigh in go this morning?

i've just been looking at your wedding pics. they look amazing. but i don't believe it!! you are wearing the dress i've had my eye on since i got engaged at christmas!! aargh, ha. ah well. i was leaning towards the halter neck version in any case :p

Yeah the dress was amazing, it was the first one we looked at and fell in love with it straight away!

Still all achey and yuck! Ah well I guess I will have to be patient
 
first one i liked too taz... ha. not sure i could go strapless for the whole day though... hence the halter neck. saying that i haven't seen it for real yet so i'll wait until i do. i also like the red band around the bottom of the halterneck one. we'll see. the price seems to have gone up rather a lot since i first enquired about it though!!
