Tea "healthier" than drinking water...

    Yes, I read this when it first came out. I heard though, that you knock all the benefits on the head once you add milk to it.

    Hard to know what's true really:rolleyes:

    Yes very interesting, I'm a tea-drinker, luv the stuff and don't add milk and usually have rooibos or green tea, which is supposed to have lots of antioxidants, so hopefully I'm really healthy :D

    Mmmmmm....Interesting!

    I used to drink gallons of tea until i went on LL. During my 100 days the only thing a craved was a cup of tea, so as you can imagine once i went into management & was allowed milk again i had to have a cup of tea! Yuk......I hate it now! I really can't stand the stuff anymore...What a shame...lol

    Never mind just have to stick to water, mind you i'm SSing again so i couldn't have a good cuppa even if i wanted too...xxx
