TEA?

Hi,

Was wondering whether anyone knows whether it is ok drink herbal teas whilst doing SS. The ones i am keen on are peppermint tea, green tea, camomile tea, and green tea with vanilla. I dont add anything to them please let me know what you think.

Hello Tinkerbella

Your allowed herbal teas from the leaf but none that come from the fruit or flower so i think Camomile is not allowed (isn't it from a flower??) And your allowed pure Green tea but not one flavoured with Lemon or jasmine or such like. Redbush tea is fine and very easy to drink black.
