I weighed 17st 1lb this morning so 2lbs lost this week. I desperately want to see 16st something so am going to put my head down and concentrate on all my weight loss tools for this week.

@Kittywinks well done! It’s great that we both weigh on a Friday morning too.
What’s your plan for this week? For me these are the tools I use:
- have an egg on toast with coffee every morning (this keeps me satisfied until lunchtime)
- have 20g chia seeds in water every day
- fast for 14 hours of each day (my eating window is 8am to 6pm)
- do not weigh myself during the week (it demotivates me no end when I don’t see a weight loss)
- drink 4 pints of water each day
- put effort into my dinners so they’re nice and I look forward to them

I enjoy egg on toast. It’s one if my go to meals.
This morning I fancy a fat free yoghurt and fruit/ blueberries and pineapple
afternoon will likely be two fried eggs/ spray oil / wholemeal toast
dinner likely chicken, plain rice and veg
i will eat fruit snacks and i am eating a lot of cream crackers
i try to syn these ( 1.5 syns) they are nice with my tea
I don’t weigh myself in the week.
I have some lovely newish scales, but they read different to the Slimming world scales so I stick
to the Slimming World.
