Sorry this is a bit late now. Yes just have a ss+ day so follow those guidelines. I normally have a small salad, 50g chicken and then as much cucumber, lettuce, green pepper and mushrooms as I want (CDC advice) with a bit of fat free or v low fat low carb dressing. Makes all the difference some days xxx

Try and have all your shakes to make sure you're getting your nutrients. How come you've started on 1200 to work your way down? Doesn't 1200 just give you more of a calorie allowance than food guidelines if I remember right x

I've got to have some really strong laxatives the night before to "clean me out". Do you think I'll be ok doing cd and having that? Apparently it can knock the stuffing out of you when you're taking the laxatives and after you've had the procedure. I'm not really comfortable speaking to my CDC about it (it's a lot easier to hide behind a computer monitor where my blushes can't be seen!) do I have to tell her?

Yes hun the exercise will definitely be what's doing it. Hmm am sure you'd be fine but it won't be comfortable. Maybe post on the official cd forum asking for a CDC advice? X

Glad you're feeling better hunni! You'll be fine this weekend! Maybe swap the Pepsi for coke zero as the Pepsi has citric acid (Pepsi max my favourite lol) though. We're always here Hun just make sure you have your phone ;) x

It shouldn't take as long as your glycogen shouldn't be that high from a small amount x just push through with plenty of water x

Anyway gushy stuff over lol. Good luck to everyone with a WI today, I'm exited to see how you get on!!! Nothing much to report with me, waiting to see what the weather is like about 9 before deciding what were gonna do today. Thinking either sea life centre or swimming and messy morning activity. Either way were doing the disco tonight as Rory woke up telling me that he wanted to go dancing today bless him!

Having a lazy morning catching up. Kids watching telly and hubby cooking them all up a sausage sandwich. Am exited for the future now. Am looking forward to achieving my dreams and being a role model for my boys x

Yep citric acid can bring us out of ketosis different levels for different people but better not risk it. Coke zero has malic acid. It helps having it to fall back on as it makes us look more 'normal' at social events than a glass of water lol. Just wish they sold it in more places! X

I understand you're angry but I won't tell you not to be cause I think it's a good thing that you are as you'll learn from it ;) xxx

Lol our tent is actually a folding camper. We have electric and gas and even a toilet :D couldn't be doing proper camping lol x
 
Morning All, I haven't posted on here for a bit but I'm back on it after my holiday and lost all my holiday weight I put in and more!! I have got about 15 days til my break to Greece so lets see how much I can loose :) have lost 2lbs since yesterday :))))

Total loss- 35lbs

I've lost...33lb 2stone 5lb...9lb left takes me to 10.2.. My cd say that my BMI will be at 22 and would want me to go lower..

I'm sure I'll still go down as moving up the steps..(well you would think so.. On 810 & 1000 we'll see... At 5.7in I guess maintaining around 10.2 would be great.....

You could make fajitas with that recipe :) using lettuce as the wrap
