Hi All :wavey:

I'm Helen, a 46yr old woman who needs to lose at least 100lbs:eek: I've been playing at this for the last year - I've lost the same 7lbs four times :eek: (My WI is a Monday so I'm posting a STS today if that's OK with every one) I work in a GP surgery (yep one of my duties is that of Dragon Receptionist every now and then:rolleyes:)
I'm sending my mum off to Spain for three weeks on Sunday so I'm going to use the time I would spend with her on exercise - hopefully she'll see a big difference in me when she gets back;)

Hello team

Just adding some exercise - just did a 2.5 mile walk which took 50 mins, and 10 mins of crunches to make an hour. Walk nearly killed me first half mile is up hill ... but feel good for it now :)
