:confused:Don't know what to do - didn't get to WI last night but scales at work this morning show 1lb down - I know I can't get to another meeting this week so what would you advise fellow teammates?
(I'm thinking STS so I don't take points I might not have & then I should definately get 2 points next Monday:p)

lost half a pound so 3lbs lost, bit annoyed though cos i thought i would have lost more as i've been really good all week and been at the gym
 
still a loss becca ... and the gym can sometimes make your weight stablize for a week while your body figures things out - you'll prob get a great loss next week :)


For me - lost 2.5 pounds and did 45 mins tonight at Aqua Aerobics :) And if we start from Monday, I did 20 mins of running training.

Sorry everyone have been AWOL I thought it was time to bite the bullet and come back on. I have not weighed in though for the last 2 weeks so I would strongly imagine it's a gain for both weeks. Have done 220 minutes exercise on a more positive note. Will get weighed and just get back in the saddle. Again, Really sorry to everyone on the team
