Team 3 Team Loser - "Winning by Losing" - New start for 2011!

I've had a terrible week and i know i've gained, im dreading the scales tonight but if i dont go i will only pile on more!!

(Well i say terrible, i had a fantastic weekend, it was my food that was terrible!)
 
i had the same type of weekend shabba, dreading to see what the scales are going to say on wednesday!

Sorry to report half a lb on - but I am clearly retaining fluid right now - have had an OK week, no major overeating but no points saved either:eek: I'm gonna update my exercise but wait till Rach has collated the weeks WIs before I add my points:rolleyes:

Well the damage was only small considering the long weekend i had! 1/2lb on and im actually happy! I was convinced it was at least 3lb :D sorry no points but this week was personal :eek:

Im ready to lose this week and even have free soup made up!!:flirt2:

I had a sts this week I am disapointed that I didn't lose any with the extra exercise i've been doing maybe it'll show next week
So i've not met my goal for this month hope i have better luck next month

I lost a pound last week, so 2 points for last week.
And lost another pound this week, so 2 points for that.

I have lost a total of 5lbs which is under my target for March, which was 7lbs, but it is still all good.
 
Does this week still count as March for us? :confused: I weighed yesterday and if it did i managed to get my monthly target!

I lost 3lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :happy036:
