Team spaces available on Team 4 Moving Mountains

This is exactly what it says on the tin really. We currently have 4 spaces available on my team (wonder if it's something to do with the time of year or my ketosis breath!).
All I ask is that you post at least a couple of times a week (once when you get weighed and another just to let us know you're still with us!). If anyone is interested in taking one of the spaces just let me know!

We are lovely honestly! we won't bite....well ...no I am determinded to attempt 100% so I won't bite you For those of you who don't know what the teams are all about, it's a chance to join a group of like minded people who are attempting CD, motivating, encouraging each other and occassion kicking each other up the bum! on the side there is a team challenge that runs each week...so you could be part of a weight loss winning team!

I'd love to join, but I'm not starting until Dec 30th or 31st (was going to be after new year but I cant wait!) I'm guessing the spaces will be filled by then :-(

hi, id like to join, im doing SS and have been for 2 weeks, lost over a stone so far but would i still be able to join if im having 3 days off?
im going out on saturday, so having that off then off on xmas and boxing day, is this a problem? going straight back on SS on th e27th dec!

No problem hun I think we're all having a little time off over the next couple of weeks and I personally feel a team will help you get back on the straight and narrow afterwards. If you want the place it's your hun just pop over to the thread and introduce yourself to the rest of the guys!
