Ooooh these oatbran muffins sound nice!!

I'm the same with fluids!! Have started leaving post-its around to remind myself :eek:

It sounds like you're doing really well! Fingers crossed for a 'catch up' loss this week!
 
Yup post it notes sound good idea - it's now 1240 and I haven't had more than my morning cappuccino and a small cup of tea - off to get self a water straight away.
 
Weds - Diary

B: cappuccino and 2 oat bran muffins
L: homemade beef burgers (250g)
D: 2 salmon fillets (250g) - with Dukan dressing made from yoghurt and gherkin

Fluid - 1 cup tea, 1 can diet coke, 500ml squash in fizzy water - will aim to have one more 500ml bottle water before bed.
 
Thursday 20th
Down to a new low weight this morning - 158.0 :)

B: yoghurt, 15g bran, spices and canderel
L: smoked salmon, prawns, mackerel and chicken tikka with side salad
D: chilli (from recipe on here so plenty veg in it and will have with carrot/swede mash)
Snack - muffin (15g bran)
 
Up 1lb again this morning - 159.0

B: skinny cappuccino,boiled egg & oat bran muffin 1 of 4
L: pan-seared venison loin (out), cappuccino(out so not sure milk) boiled egg
S: black coffee, oat bran muffins 2&3
D: will be - rump steak, oat bran muffin, 4of4

Walked 1.5 hours round nt property & gardens - bushed!


No water yet!
 
Back down to 158.0 today.

Feeling ick this morning - so not sure how food diary will go, but v glad it's a PV day.
 
Weight today (Sunday 23rd) - 157.2 (-0.8) so 0.2lbs off my first target ....

Food Saturday:
B: Skinny Cappuccino (175ml milk), Dukan muffins (15g oat bran)
S: small galette (15g oat bran) dry fried egg, 2 rashers reduced fat bacon
L: King Prawn Veracruz (ready meal - 6g carb, 1.2g fat) with broccoli and asparagus
S: 100g FF fromage frais; 1 teaspoon flaxseed (cocoa & berry); sweetener
D: Rump steak, miso soup, beansprouts, mushrooms, pak choi

No exercise - spent day in bed and then transferred to sofa as felt bit rubbish and ick.

Out last night - everyone on the wine except Saint Ted - on the fizzy water - lol
 
Food Sunday 23rd
A second PV day as felt off yesterday and wanted to get plenty vitamins/nutrients in me.

B: Cappuccino + Oat Bran Muffins (15g bran)
L: QNT Protein Shake, Butternut Squash & Garlic Soup (straight from gym out so did best I cld)
D: Cottage Pie with Cauli Topping
S: Extra 2 Oat Bran Muffins
 
Hungry after cottage pie :-(
Am concerned that if I consume too many vegetables I will lose control of appetite urges and gorge self.
 
Weds 16th Nov - PV day

B: FF yog & oatbran, cappuccino (175ml skimmed milk)
L: roasted tomato & squash soup - 2 bowlfuls
D: will b lean lamb steak (naughty I know but 3.5g fat per steak, so v low) + veggies including mashed carrot/swede - will prob make small amount of gravy up too!

Fluid: 1 cup of tea so far :-( - and it's 4pm!
Think large bowls of soup provided quite bit of fluid as only just got thirsty - which reminded me to drink - and then post on here so kind of owning up to not doing so well...
