Ten week goal

Day one

I have to do this it's now or never, much longer and i'm going to eat my way upto my previous highest weight and beyond, ive not got a life atm and im sick of it :sigh: In ten weeks it's my OH birthday and i'm determined to turn my life around and put my weight issues in the past and be able to go out and celebrate without hating myself and wanting to be back home. I'll be starting college then as well So i have to do this!

Thanks girls, how you getting on? im not officially starting sns until wednesday due to funds could only order packs today but started yesterday anyway just cutting down carbs and cals in prep.

So day two today, going okay, blitzed the house to keep me mind off eating and hopefully at the gym bob tomorra xx
