Well folks, due to severe lack of money it looks like i'm going to have to re-feed this week starting on thursday i really can't afford to spend €65 euro and i'm so sad and scared that i have to eat real food again!
I still have a stone or so to lose to be at my target, but would like to lose a bit more than that. I know weight loss on re-feed/maintenance will be slower but i hope to be able to lose anyway.
I plan on spreading the re-feed week over 2 weeks, hoping that this will increase my chance of losing more. i'll do day 1 for 2 days, day 2 for 2 days, day 3 for 3 days and then days 4-7 for the second week on. Hopefully this will work out well, i guess only time will tell.
Anybody else got any hints or tips for maintaining a decent weekly loss while using the maintenance foods? and which ones are nicest? i'm gonna miss my shakes
