i know that this will have a syn value because its fresh but can someone be kind enough to find the exact syn value for it.

per 100g (cooked as instructions)

i had this for my dinner last night with quorn chicken, chorizo and ff fromage frais and it was lush so hopefully its low enough so i can make it again
hopefully thats all the info needed but let me know if you need anything else.

still doesn't have enough info about carbs only sugars so won't work accurately :-( Does it say carbs on the label at all? It should do as that is the biggest component

ooh thanks for that Teresa i really appreciate you looking that up for me thats good for the whole packet as ive had about 4 portions out of the packet so around 2 syns per portion it was really nice and good for quick meals.
