Does anyone know if Tesco Oat Cereal will knock me out of ketosis?
I've been looking online and these 2 have the least amount of carbs Tesco Instant Hot Oat Cereal 500G - Groceries - Tesco Groceries and Tesco Micro Oats Original 270G - Groceries - Tesco Groceries
I'm now down to 2 meals and 2 packs per day so need some breakfast ideas. The only meat I can eat is chicken, so cannot really have the for breakfast and then dinner. This morning I had quorn sausages and scrambled egg but wasn't too keen on the sausages. Tomorrow I'm planning an omelette but after that I'm lost for ideas.
I'm so confused to what I can and can't have, coming off the diet!
I emailed exante and they told me I can eat whatever I want but didn't give me any ideas to what could knock me out of ketosis, and what could keep me in.
I'd like to stay in ketosis for the next 2 week whilst I have the rest of my packs, and after that I'll be moving onto SW as I am close to my goal weight
