5 scan bran ( can be used as HEXB) 2 sachets of options chocolate ( next time id use 3) and as much cinnamon as desired.
Pour boiling water over the scan bran for just a few seconds until soft, then drain. Mash together, then add the sachets of options, cinnamon and the 3 eggs. Whisk together until smooth and then place in a dish sprayed with frylight. Pop in the microwave for 7 minutes ( mine is a 700watt) so you may need to adjust the time.
When cool top with 0% ff yogurt with a little sweetener mixed in, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with topping of your choice mine was satsuma x

Have you ever tried mixing a white choc options with fat free GREEK style yog? Its bloody amazing....tastes like that old school dream topping you used to get in trifle mixes nomnomnom! xxx

Honest ...... Tis amazing, When I finally get my fat paws on some scanbran for a cake that will definately be my Topping of choice ! xxxx

Im sure you can get scan bran from amazon but it might only be in bulk x

Well .......... Guess whos not a happy bunny!!!!!
I rang the connect people to see how far up the list I am for my appt for the pain clinic.
They wrote to my GP on the 15th May the GP has to refer me ( did they tell me this NO!!)
I ring the doctors " have you got the letter which was sent on the 15th as Im in agony" - no we've not got it yet, we have a backlog cos were busy!!! is that my problem NO!!! Oh hang on ill have a look for you" Yes I have the letter here I knew it was from connect cos its got a green letterhead on it .... AND???
The GP has crossed your referral of cos he wants you to come in and discuss it!!!! AND just when were you going to tell ME
this????
Now I have an appt to see the GP next Tues who willl probably still ............REFER ME TO THE PAIN CLINIC ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Oh hun you've had a right run around. It's not your fault they're busy and if the Dr wanted you to discuss it then they should've rung you and made and appointment. You shouldn't have to chase them.
A few incompetencies when your in pain on a daily basis do a whole lot of damage.
