Ive gone way over syns today but still going to post everything ive eaten - I had a hungry, couldnt give a to$$ day oops not like me
HEXA - 30g cheddar
HEXB- 2 wholemeal bread
Brekkie - Grapes, WW syn free dessert yogurt
Dinner - Gammon and pease pudd sarnie with boiled egg and vine cherry toms
Tea - 2 x Birds Eye chicken with garlic and herbs, stir fried veg (onions,mushrooms,sweet potato, peppers,garlic) and cherry toms
Drinks- Pepsi max, options hot choccy
Snacks - Snack a jacks, 2 persimmons, swizzel lolly, 3 maynards wine gums
Syns - snack a jacks (5) lolly(2) options (2) wine gums (2) chicken (16) Total 27
