I took caramelised onion chutney to have with mine Minky ( shop bought stuff) and that went too lol

Mmm sounds nice, i like redcurrant jelly with mines but its quite high syn wise xx

Brekkie - Fruit n Fibre with a banana

Lunch - Wholemeal Bap with chicken breast, boiled egg

Tea - Chicken and king prawns in white wine/garlic sauce with boiled pots, carrots, turnip, green beans

Drinks - Tea. Pepsi Max

Snacks - Grapes

Syns - Sugar (1) Daim Bar (7.5) Wholemeal roll (9.5) Sauce for chicken ( 12) this is a pure guess as it was a pub meal - Total (30)
