Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

I hope you get your back sorted soon.

I used to wake up aching & last year bought a memory foam mattress & noticed a difference right away. Not too sure if it would help you but if that's what your thinking its worth a go.

I need to get measured properly
I went and got measured recently. I had been wearing an m&s bra 44E, went to a professional bra shop been measured into 36H. I couldn't believe I was in a 36. I had no trouble accepting the bowling balls needed a H though! The bra really altered my body shape as you can see my smaller rib cage and waist and the boobies are in the right place now. Definitely recommend getting measured properly.

Ha, loving the breast convo! Most of my weight loss seems to be off my boobs, but thankfully I quite like them small (well, tiny) good luck with new boobs tho, will be fab!! I do need new bras though .. ones that fit and give me fake cleavage would be good!

Texty, I hope you're taking killers if you need them? Have they prescribed anti inflammatories too?
Off for second MRI today! Still living in hope for a resolution when I see the specialist again:)
Good luck with your appt! Xxx

I have Naproxen hun but they dont seem to help :-( they stopped the Diclofenic as they said there was known probs with them or something like that. Its just horrible not knowing what is causing it and it was scary feeling like that yesterday morning.

I hope your MRI gets you sorted chick and they can then help you.

Ive just been looking at Orthopaedic Mattresses thinking that might help. I dont know whether to wait until ive been to hosp before buying a bed in case thats not the problem. The one we have is only 3.5 yrs old so quite new in bed terms.

I definitely need to - I was wearing a 40DD before I lost weight and ive been buying a 38DD but my boobs still tend to pouch over the top a bit so I know theyre not the right size lol

The naproxen didn't help me either - what's the prob with diclofenac???? I take them daily!
Yesterday sounds scary :( if it happens again may be worth checking in with GP - at least your specialist appt on 10th is not far off.. But don't suffer..

MRI team this morning were amazing! They had a mobile unit in.. I only had to take my bra off, went in in clothes and kept shoes on too! 20 mins in the tube and 6 scans later I was out! Über efficient!

I dont remember what my GP said now about them hun im sure it was side effects or something I honestly cant remember Ive had so many different people tell me stuff since January. All I know is they didnt help either. The sicky/dizzy thing has happened twice now grrr

Im glad you were sorted quickly this morning, when will you know the results? My GP has mentioned the rheumatologist may order a scan for me to see if/whats going on.

I bought ours when there was a G****** offer & it was reasonably priced, otherwise they are expensive. I bought a memory foam mattress topper for Nathan's bed & he said it's ok.
