My day wasnt too bad thanks - lots of work in at the mo so just kept busy. Boss is still off work so will have to wait until shes back to speak to her.

HEXA - 40g RF mature cheddar
HEXB - Wholemeal Roll

Brekki - Rice pudd with cinammon, SB cake, strawberries and grapes

Dinner - Last nights leftovers - Burger in a bun with cheese, roast pots and coleslaw

Tea - Pork Chop boiled rice with sweet n sour sauce, cucumber , cherry toms, coleslaw and pease pudd

Drinks - Pepsi max, Apple n blackcurrant NAS

Snacks - WW syn free yogurt, melon

Syns - SB cake (1.5) Sweet n sour sauce (3) Daim Bar (7.5)options (1.5) Total 13.5
