HEXA - 40g RF Mature Cheddar
HEXB - 2 wholemeal bread

Brekki - Grapes, Raspberrries, mullerlight yogurt

Dinner - 2 x Ham and cheese toasties (hexb + 5 syns)

Tea - Slow cooked shin beef, boiled pots, peas and gravy, 2 small yorkies pudds

Drinks - Pepsi max, tea, hot choccy

Snacks - Frozen muller yogurt and jelly with choc shots and a tiny amount of sprinkles

Syns - yorkie pudds (6) bread (5) hot choc (2) choc shots (1) gravy (2) milk n sugar (1.5) total 17.5 oops no idea on sprinkles

Awww theres nothing worse than a soggy sarnie hun boooo.

My toasties were lovely - Andrea had white bread and I was drooling lol!

Little man is asleep for now shhhhh hehe - im not building my hopes up for a good sleep lol xx
