It was to visit MIL hun - shes been in almost 2 weeks now :cry: at least she's agreed to take the pain relief now! xx

Hex-A 250mls ss milk
Hex-B 35g fruit n fibre

Brekkie -the above with chopped banana

Dinner - sliced ham, mixed salad, 2x boiled eggs, tomato, pease pudding

Tea- corned beef patties, cauli, carrots and peas, 1tbsp brown sauce

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max Snacks - 2x persimmon, pomegranate seeds and 2x lemon Greek mullers

Syns -yogurts (1) corned beef (1) hot choccy x 2 (4) marshmallows (2) sauce (1) Total 9


Ive measured out a full bag on mini marshmallows into bags of 2 syns each

Great day Sheila - well done! Fantastic willpower to measure those marshmallows - if I'd been doing it - it'd have been 1 for the bag 5 in my mouth, 1 for the bag, 5 ..................

Tea looked lush and well done on measuring the little bags of marshmallows, I wish I loved them, got a pack of pink n whites, they're ok but never what I fancy, maybe I'll give them another go? Xx

Really hope u have a loss u damn well deserve one!

I've been struggling lately and really overate until Monday - so cut back drastically from Tuesday and lost 1.5lbs today so happy with that - but goodness knows what'll happen next week!xx
