Tez's 1st of Jan back on plan diary

I weigh in all over the place as I'm a serial weigher, but I try to 'officially' do it on a Sunday and then have a fresh slate for the new week ahead.

I'm exactly the same, I weigh every other day, or sometimes 3 times a day lol but officially on a Fri for now :)

Oh I hope so, what a crap year this one was except the best part of giving birth to my gorgeous daughter and h wouldn't change anything for the world. Your not far off your goal are you? Your doing so well x

After getting to half a stone off target in the summer I'm now a stone away :rolleyes:
Want to shift about 10lbs in the next 5 or 6 weeks.

That's a good realistic goal. The first few weeks should be the easiest. I was 2lb away from pre pregnancy weight then in the last 6 weeks I'm now 12lb away. Good luck x
 
I did have a goal for 2013 but I'm not sure now. I'm13:7 now and a size 14. My bmi is 29. My doc is happy with my weight now even though I'm still 2 1/2 stone from the 'ideal' of 10:7. To be honest I think I'd look horrific at that weight now as I'm 44. Not 18. I feel pretty good now but would be happier with Another stone gone. This last 12 months my weight loss has slowed down dramatically so I cant feasibly see me getting to even 11 stone. So I'm going to creep my way down to 12:7 and maybe call it goal. I'm thinking of going back to slimming world to see if the discipline focuses me.

Me too Cas, I never even wanted take away in the end but because I said we'd have it I ate it and that's what I hate but if I said I didn't want it hubby would have said he didn't either even though I knew he did. This is where I need to be more strict x

New idea - 100% for 100 days. Stick to cals til April 11th. I'm gonna do it, start a thread etc so if you wanna join then brill :) will start it in cal counting xxx

So today

Breakfast -
Bran flakes and 4 cups tea throughout day 266 cals

Dinner -
Roast ham (homecooked) 650 cals
Tomato and garlic pasta 392 cals

2ltrs water

No lunch as I've just had breakfast at 11.30 ha. Didn't get out of bed til 10.30, nice lie in for me.

Total cals so far 1308 cals xx
