Tez's Sw diary.........need to be slim again

My salad for tea was great! 2 hea's and 2 heb's for red or green days. It was 2 he A's, I used it for two lots of cheese for my salad. I have synned the dairylea from breakfast. I had a cup of tea with no sugar and a tiny bit skimmed milk but don't know what to syn it as. I had my WW bread for healthy ex b and not had my 2nd one yet prob won't either. I've been out all afternoon so haven't had any snacks at all today. I've had a really good day I'm glad I've stayed on track. I've got the baby shower tomorrow, I'll keep track of everything I eat if anything, I'm going to eat before I go so will prob's be full anyway! x
 
Thanks! Went to my friends baby shower and had some a buffet, I don't know how many syn's just had a small plate full so I'm just going to stick to 5 syns everyday now until wi.

I won a pack of haribo and dairy milk bar which I've given to Jack.
Baby shower was good though I had a good time, can't wait for the baby to arrive my friend seemed to enjoy herself. I'm going to grab a nice hot bath and wind down ready for the week ahead, got loads to do to get house sorted for christening x

Yes! I'll have a hot chocolate perfect idea thanks. Yeah beans SS, so is grapefruit, strawberries, and honeydew melon that's why I have them a lot as well as loving them. Changed my mind for tea. Chicken salad instead x
 
Well changed my tea a few times, my lettuce was off. Hubby's p'd me off, Jack's asleep and Naomi's chilling, so I'm sat here in silence watching telly. Can't wait til 9 so I can take myself and Jack to bed x

I feel like I've over eaten today but I think I need to fit in some more superfree x

Hey yeah I'm okay, this afternoon I swept, hoovered, mopped the kitchen, wiped down all the cupboard doors, white goods skirting boards, door frames. 2 lots of washing, 2 lots of dishes, cleared through my clothes again threw some out, cleared under my bed then had a nice bath, then made tea for hubby coming home it was really nice but I couldn't finish it. Then we went to mil as she goes on hol on Friday, of course she started about christening again. So I've been really busy.

Breakfast - 0.5syn

Not quite a whole mini milky bar

Total syns - 11

Hope to be very good tomorrow for wi Friday morning.

Not quite ready for Sunday but hopefully will get there x

I really wish she would be there so it didn't cause hassle but we had to do what was best for us and can only do it the days our best friends and godparents are here (the godfather works away on the rigs so was harder to find suitable dates) and it had to be August. I'm eating as little as possible today to get a loss tomorrow, I know that's defeating the point of sw, but I know that I can eat more if I'm hungry on sw and won't be off plan so it won't do any harm if I don't eat a lot x

Well only 1lb off today, but it's in the right direction I guess.

Week 4 JUDDD - 0.5 lb's down
Week 5 calorie cycling - 2lb down
Week 6 CC/Slimfast - didn't wi.
Week 7 CC/SW - 2lb off
Week 8 SW - 1lb off

Total loss so far - 26 lb's
61 lb's to lose to goal.

Today I'm doing Green.

I thought it'd keep me goin until a mid morning snack lol but half an hour later it was like I hadn't eaten all! At least I've started the day well x
 
A pound is a pound ur hard work may show on next week. My body works on 2 weeks x
