Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

Just made my chicken salad for dinner, looks like an ok amount now it's all weighed out! Just have to fight my will until it's time to eat! Watching everyone else eating, honey roast chicken, garlic flatbread, vege cous cous, salad and veg however will be torture! I really hope I don't fail at the first hurdle, even just a week of this plan could be a good boost xx
 
So day 1 down, a little gutted with the extra pack but nevermind, cals and carbs still ok. Going from 1500/1600 to 600 is a massive drop so if it takes a few days to get into it is still a massive improvement!

Day 1. 777 cals, 57 carbs. Net cals 545 (Grrr extra pack!)

Day 2 plan...

DON'T DRINK SO MUCH!! Haha.

8:30am green tea (250mls) porridge with water (eurgh!) a boiled egg (my kid doesn't like the white bit)
10am green tea (250mls)
11:45am half a shake (200mls water + 500mls water
2pm 70g prawns, 22g cheese, coke zero (500mls)
4:30pm 500mls water
5pm half shake (200mls) green tea (250mls)
6pm spag, mushrooms, peppers, lettuce, cucumber. (200mls) water (1ltr)
8pm super hungry again so caved and had some chicken 80g, green tea (250mls)
9pm 500mls water
9:30 green tea before bed.

Also did a massive walk with the kids, about 3miles which is so far for little legs!

I've had to amend a little and I hope it wont affect going into ketosis. I'm in town with the kids, now park, so won't be home for ages, so I got a 65g pack of king prawns and A 22g mini babybel, I'm not having the milk allowance today so hopefully that should balance, and both total come to 117 cals

Def more cals than I'd like but until keto kicks in i'm happy with that. If get a good first week loss going to re-start the shred next Monday to try and get a really good 2nd week loss too. Plan! Really happy with carbs though and water has reduced a bit too.. :) 4.5litres

Day 3... Been pretty much on plan despite the extra pack on day 1&2, not cheated properly and eaten real food. Hoping for keto today so bad so at least the hunger goes. Woke up at 4:30, and managed to only have a pack now so hopefully I can keep on track today. Going to have a day of meals rather than shakes and hope it fills me up a little better. Finding cooking for the family not as bad as I thought as it kinda distracts me, then washing up straight away so there's no plates of temptation to pick on leftovers! Sooo food..

4:30-8:30am lots of water and tea and green tea (1.5litres)
8:45 mushroom pasta
10:45am green tea with mint (250mls), chicken 20g
12pm 500mls water
12:30pm chicken soup, coke zero
2:15pm 500mls water
3:30pm spag Bol with a tiny bit lettuce 5g, and 3 little mushrooms maybe 20g, 500mls water, cup of tea
6pm cup of tea, plus 500mls water
6:45 chicken 80g with crispy kale, mushroom, onion, broccoli, pepper. (175g veg) 500mls water
9pm green tea with mint
10pm 1 litre water

Really gonna try not to have the extra pack, don't want to get into the habit, then think its ok.

Ah thanks. I'm struggling with it, yesterday and Monday more so than today, but definitely feeling less hungry today. Yay! Def going to stick to 3 packs as I reckon I'll be asleep by 8pm!!

Just had a soup and for the first time since I started I feel completely full!!! Wow! I'd forgotten this feeling :) happy happy I can soooo do this :)
 
Yeah gettin on fine diet wise, got to get a stone off by 20 august so being strict

The soup is very filling, I like to have it at work

It gets easier Xx
 
I'd like 1.5 by then too. Fingers crossed for a good first week WI. I tried on swimming costumes yesterday that was depressing, id like to go back in a month and feel better in them xx
 
I can't believe how much better I feel today, my stomach was going absolutely crazy earlier, I wasn't really that hungry but it sounded like a thunderstorm in there!! Definitely going to start working out again tomorrow once I've had a good sleep as I really feel kinda energised all of a sudden, do you think I'm in ketosis now? Just had a little lightbulb moment where I actually feel pretty good! thats nice :)

Theres no waaaaay I could wear a bikini, my stomach is so wrecked from having my twins even when I eventually get to target I think its going to be a problem area for me, as its so horrible and loads of loose skin and stuff, yuck!

Going to do a little 10min ab workout soon I think to try and do what I can before hollies.

God I feel queasy at just the costume nevermind bikini. I really love the 50's kinda ones that are about at the minute though, halter ones with little skirty flarey bits, so hopefully I can find a few like that and I'll feel ok! X
 
Just had the spag bol over a few mushrooms and the tiniest bit of lettuce. Wow definitely getting more full from the meals, Put way too much pepper in them though!

I'm making the fam one of my fave slimming world dinners tonight though so meh, gonna be hard! they all wanted curry so chicken thigh, spinach and potato curry with wild rice and indian salad.

Although I'm making me chicken and crispy kale which I absolutely love too, so hopefully I won't feel left out, LOVING that the meals are filling me up more. woo. xx
 
It's surprising how the cravings wear off after the first three days!
You're well on your way once you get past those initial hunger pangs.

It's weird i'm not really craving anything im just hungry! But it's definitely getting better, keeping busy really does help a lot. My house is going to be sparkling!

Agreed on the keeping busy end of things! I've been clearing out cupboards that haven't seen the light of day for 2 years!!

On day 7 now yay! First weigh in tomorrow. Have had a few false starts before but am determined this time is THE ONE!
