Ah well done! I can't believe I'm nearly finished day 3 already. I thought it would drag, but this weeks going quite fast, going out for anniversary dinner on sat and to the pics, sushi though, so should be able to stick to it well, and bf has said he won't get popcorn so I don't feel left out, bless him!

Ok day 3 done :) definitely not eating again today, 3 packs 1 meal done!

Total cals : 656. Carbs : 50. Net cals : 524

Ok day 4. I'm really hungry this morning still but that's probably as I've not eaten for 13 hours. Its controllable though. Trying to hold off as long as possible for first pack tho.

7:30am cup of tea
8:30am green tea with mint
9:30 macaroni with 50g mushrooms + 1litre water and green tea with mint
10:40 500mls water + green tea
12pm 2 coffee's and choc almond bar.
1pm 500mls water
3pm cottage pie with 50g broccoli + 500mls water
6:30pm spicy spag with 50g courgette and 50g lettuce

6lbs off yippee! Might have been more as it was time of the month but that's a great start
so I'm well motivated to hit week two with gusto!
Hope your day's going well still....I found day four the worst too but just keep lashing back the water.

I found yesterday surprisingly ok but I feel super hungry now, even though I only ate an hour ago.

ARGH! why am I struggling more today, I thought it was going to get a lot easier day 4, saying that I've probs set myself up expecting some miracle and now its not what I thought I'm pissed.

I can definitely control my food, but I'm really hungry still, way more than yesterday. hmm.. I just had 2 coffees and a choc, hazelnut bar, which was nice. So maybe I should just drink another 500mls water and it'll trick me. I wish I had ketostix to check if I'm in or not. Fingers crossed they come tomorrow as I ordered some. x
 
A lot of hunger is emotional.. even when we think we are really hungry

I usually do 1 litre water, wait half hour. If still hungry have dome veg, if an hour after this still hungry then have a Pack. I try to hold off any packs till as late as possible. Close to midday as I can stand, this helps massively

ah crap! haha wish I'd said yesterday as I've ordered the little tinkers now! maybe just visually seeing it will be good motivation, just got the weirdest taste in my mouth ergh.

I'm worried about drinking more water as I already drink loads maybe 4litres a day, or more. Already had about 2.5 and its only 1, so I'm stressing I'll get sick from too much water, do you think it'll be ok? I feel kinda lightheaded and headachey now. xx
 
That's fine I normally have three to four. Long as you drink when thirsty you will be fine

Right well today has been crap! I think I'm pmt'ing as food just isn't filling me up. Had 4 packs and some prawns and when I was at softplay stole 5 of my boys chips. Put everything in MFP and I have had

712 cals and 58 carbs. Too many cals again. Ketostix came and didn't register any at all :( gutted

Feeling really pissed off at myself. Wasn't going to have my last pack as I had 100g prawns but was so so soooo hungry. Did an hour of walking tho too. Going to do some ab work in a bit to try and push Keto on. Grrrrr
 
Don't beat yourself up hun, draw a line and carry on

I've been on the past three weeks do know what you mean about cravings. Drink and drink when your hungry, make a latte, have a coke, pamper and distract. Anything non food related

That's the thing i'm not even craving anything it's just hunger! I'm not missing bread or pasta or sugar at all! Just hungry. God damn was so good yesterday too! I hope Keto comes tomorrow maybe if I have a good sleep it will xx
 
Ok after a bit of a shaky day yesterday. I'm going to be all over this plan today. Seeing one of my oldest friends who now lives in hong kong so really looking forward to that! Going to another friends house together for dinner, and drinks. Although I'll be having neither! Still was within cals and carbs yday but I'm def eating too much which I guess is why no keto, although I drink about 4-5litres of water so I guess the stix could be showing an incorrect result. Going to try low carbs as loss today to try and bring it on properly. Tomorrow is anniversary so going for sushi just going to have sashimi and a salad I think

Day 5 -
8-10:30am 2 cups of tea
10:30am choc shake heated up. Yum :) cup of tea
11am 500mls water
12pm coke zero
2:30pm cottage pie with 50g broccoli + 500mls water
3pm 500mls water and 2 green teas with mint
6pm 2 egg omelette with mushrooms (50g) and lettuce (50g) pepper (50g)
7:30pm 500mls coke zero
8:45 choc crispy shake

Aww thanks! I think I'm stressing so much as I only have 3 weeks to make this work for me so I feel like I'm running out of time! Maybe if keto was slow ill get a good week 2 WI too. Here's hoping!
