Yesterday was a mixed day, woke up so badly hungry I nearly gave up. But the scales spurred me on. Still really hungry but must be in keto really to have lost this much weight already.
Day 6.
8:30am Spicy spaghetti
Lots of water, tea and green tea.
1pm 2 mile walk and swim for 25mins, 30 lengths.
3pm coke zero, and 60g cooked chicken.
5:30pm macaroni with 50g broccoli
9:20pm 2 fizzy waters, 1/2 sashimi platter, spicy tofu, kimchi and Asian veg soup.
11pm americano coffee with a tiny bit skim milk
12am truffia bar
Total kcals : 902 Exercise kcals : 605 Net kcals : 297 total carbs : 64
Went to see batman, and was anniversary so went for sushi, so I did really well to stick to plan. I think the broth would have been ok to have, I was so so full afterwards and only had some blooming broth with veg in and some fish! Just keep thinking when I go back to 1200 cals it's going to feel like so much food!! Bf ate LOADS he had seafood noodles, 1/2 my sashimi platter, 2 portions of extra sushi, (one had 8 pieces on!!) and then got large nachos at the pictures I was like you pig!!! Even if I hadnt been dieting I wouldn't have eaten that much!
Happier today tho with the plan and looking forward to proper WI tomorrow morning
