Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

Defo in keto now :) I feel pretty full of beans, only had 3 packs still and done a 3 mile walk. :) happy days! Watching my friends glugg vino tho is grim! Xx
 
Yesterday was a mixed day, woke up so badly hungry I nearly gave up. But the scales spurred me on. Still really hungry but must be in keto really to have lost this much weight already.

Day 6.

8:30am Spicy spaghetti
Lots of water, tea and green tea.
1pm 2 mile walk and swim for 25mins, 30 lengths.
3pm coke zero, and 60g cooked chicken.
5:30pm macaroni with 50g broccoli
9:20pm 2 fizzy waters, 1/2 sashimi platter, spicy tofu, kimchi and Asian veg soup.
11pm americano coffee with a tiny bit skim milk
12am truffia bar

Total kcals : 902 Exercise kcals : 605 Net kcals : 297 total carbs : 64

Went to see batman, and was anniversary so went for sushi, so I did really well to stick to plan. I think the broth would have been ok to have, I was so so full afterwards and only had some blooming broth with veg in and some fish! Just keep thinking when I go back to 1200 cals it's going to feel like so much food!! Bf ate LOADS he had seafood noodles, 1/2 my sashimi platter, 2 portions of extra sushi, (one had 8 pieces on!!) and then got large nachos at the pictures I was like you pig!!! Even if I hadnt been dieting I wouldn't have eaten that much!

Happier today tho with the plan and looking forward to proper WI tomorrow morning :) woo

Woke up really late which is good for the plan! Hehe. Fancied eggs this morning. Going to do some stuff in the garden and weed everywhere, maybe go for a walk too.

DAY 7 :)

12:15pm tea, 2 boiled eggs + cup of tea
12:30pm 500mls water
1pm 300mls coke zero +50g cooked chicken
1:30pm 500mls water
7:15pm cottage pie with 100g broccoli + cup of tea
7:30pm 500mls water
8:30pm cup of tea + truffia bar
11pm 500mls water
11:45pm 100 sit ups, 10 reps with 30kg weights arms, and 5min jog around my garden
12am spicy spag and 50g mushrooms + 2 green teas with mint

Total kcals : 670 Exercise : 125 Net kcals : 545 Carbs : 38

Well done Charl I went cinema on Wed was so hard to watch my friend eat Milky Bar Buttons they are my fav!!! Impressed with you much!!!

Keep going. I've switched to WW now and it's amazing I feel like its SO easy!!! SnS really makes you appreciate food and after being so restricted on SnS and sacrificing so much it changes your perspective on eating so much and I never want to put in weight ever again!!!xxxx

Ah well done :) how much did you manage to lose? I know what you mean, I already understand the difference between wanting things and needing them.

I'm going back to mix of cal counting and slimming world after I've finished, as I'm still going to have about a stone-ish to lose I think maybe 1.5. Cx

Haha I love the Giant ones! I normally buy a packet and eat the whole thing!!! About 600kcal for the whole packet! When I was revising in May id eat a whole packet every day. Haha!

I lost 6lb in the first week! My next WI is Thur and hoping for 1lb but don't know as they say the refeed from SnS be expected to gain.

SnS is a great way to lose though. It's a difficult diet though to do psychologically and socially nearly impossible!

WW is like a dream now!xxxx

Yep socially it's so so bad, you feel really deprived unlike other diets. I'm planning on working out really hard in my refeed week so hopefully it balances any water gain. I'm so jealous of you doing WW right now! But good luck with it all :) xx
 
First WI 11lbs loss and a drop of 1% body fat since Saturday so I'm very happy with that! I was hoping for about 9lbs so 11 is even better :) and I'm definitely a lot less hungry so hoping after battling to get into keto that I'll get a good week 2 loss as well.

DAY 8 - Monday
9:30am cup of tea
11:30am 2 boiled eggs + green tea with mint
12pm 500mls water
1pm 500mls water
3:30 500mls water
4:30pm mushroom pasta + cup of tea
6pm coffee and dark choc truffia bar + 500mls water
8pm 500mls water
8:30pm chilli w/50g green pepper, 20g onion, and 50g mushrooms + coke zero.

Also walked about 3miles and did 100 situps/reverse and combination.

totals kcals for day : 588. exercise : 309. net : 279. carbs : 49

I feel great!!! Really happy and energised :) can't believe the difference from last week.

10:30am cup of tea
11:10 green tea with mint + 2 boiled eggs
11:30-12 500mls water
1pm green tea with mint + coke zero
1:30pm vanilla caramel shake
2pm 500mls water
3:30 500mls water
4:30 spicy spag + green tea
5:30 500mls water
7:15pm spaghetti bol with pepper, mushroom, onion, lettuce and cucumber
8:40 30 day shred, level 1, day 1
9:45 caramel shake

re-start shred, level 1, day 1, I think I'll only do 7 days at level 1 though as I did 9 in a row until 2 weeks ago, so should be ok.

Total kcals for day : 758. Exercise : 370. Net : 388. Carbs : 58

eee i hope so!! I really want 3 good losses before I have to refeed! I keep kinda cheating by nibbling at some cooked chicken or some king prawns but seems to be working out ok for me, and my cals are still well below 700 so I figure its ok, carbs are also low, doing the shred today or at least going to give it a try and that means I can have an extra pack! yay!

I don't think i like the shakes very much, they don't fill me up as much as hot food, so a bit gutted I have loads and loads of shakes left as I'm going to have a few hungry days getting rid of them!

I feel a bit weird this avo, quite dizzy actually which is strange.

The dizziness should only be very temporary hun, hope you're not coming down with anything though.
