Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

It really does! The first week seemed to last for ages! Now all of a sudden i'm near refeed and I'm anxious I'll put weight on (well I know I'll gain water weight) but I mean far weight again. Scary! Off for a swim now so my exercise everyday plan is stuck too :) 2 swims so far this week, 1 shred, and about 8 miles of walking! Yay! And it's only weds. Xx
 
Nice going hun! Once you keep the exercising up you'll keep burning off those cals! x
 
I wrote a big long thingy and it didn't send, Grr.

Day 18 (whoop)

9am cup of tea
11:30am medium americano + 500mls fizzy water
1pm 70g prawns
2pm 500mls water
3:45pm mac n cheese with 100g broccoli and cauliflower + coke zero
4:30pm 500mls water
5pm vanilla caramel shake + 500mls water
6-8pm 500mls water
8pm cottage pie with 100g baby courgette and mushroom + 500mls water
8:30pm 500mls water
10-11 1 litre water ( after shred )

Exercise : walked 3miles, 30 day shred level 1.

I was greeted with a lovely 5lbs down this morning, am so pleased with that! :)

Thanks hun! Well my goal weight for now is 9st 10lbs, that'd be a BMI of 24.1 which is the higher end
of the normal range for my height of 5'3". That'll get me back into all my fave jeans!
So I'll continue on S&S until I get there anyway and then start eating healthily and see if I can
maybe get down slowly but surely to a nice even 9st (BMI of 22.3).
I can allow for the odd treat of course on occasions but don't plan on turning into a fatty again!!
 
I'm just aiming for healthy BMI too, I'm going to see how I feel when I get there as i'm not sure I've ever been there, I think 12stone exactly will be ok, but we'll see. Just need to do loads of exercise to firm my tummy up if that's even possible from having my twins, pretty sure my skins elastic ran out a few years ago, but we'll see! 1st9lbs to go! God i would so so love a big loss this week! Xx

Hmm I had some ham, I hope that's not gonna mess me up! And some chorizo, put it on MFP and still have 19g fat today which is ok and 654 cals and 45 carbs so I should be ok. I shouldn't cheat this close to finishing! I just screwed myself up today by not eating until 2 now I'm really hungry. Trying to wait til half 7 for my last pack. X
 
Phew felt guilty about not getting to the pool so just did shred level 1, going to swim in the morning though after I drop the boys off at football, so it's done. Also stopping in on my own tomorrow night :( (bf works nights) so going to tackle my yogalates DVD that's been eyeballing me for weeks. Pretty happy I've been exercising everyday this week, walking plus either swim or shred so quite proud of myself for sticking to my plan, I never do that! I figure I have 1 chance at doing this vlcd so might as well get my body ready to process the extra carbs soon! Might even go for a little gym sesh before my swim tomoro. :) x
 
Day 19 :)

Feeling very tired today, didn't get to sleep until 4:15 :( so its going to make my daily fit plan hard, might come back home after boys dropped off and have another few hours sleep.

9:30am cup of tea
11am cup of tea + 500mls water
11:45am oatmeal cookie (excited to try :) ) cup of tea
12:15pm 500mls water
1pm white tea
2pm curry + cauli rice 50g
4pm 100g salmon + coke zero
4:45pm 500mls water
7pm vanilla shake
8pm 150g steamed veg

Exercise : walk - 4 miles, 25min swim, yogalates DVD.

Just realised I haven't even had my first pack yet!! You know you've turned a major corner in recovering from being a
compulsive over-eater (me!) when you actually FORGET TO EAT!! Ha ha!
Just had a black coffee so far and 500mls water.
Better get cracking on that tasty vanilla crispy cereal so!

Totally!! I'm all about the badges, it's a great achievement, and we don't get that slimming club recognition so get it on! Yay.

Yep feeling great today, feel a little more alive than I thought I would, so maybe swim at 12ish. Just watching come dine with me, absolute bunch of planks on this episode! A girl just made a sausage trifle!!!

I haven't had mine either, 2 cups of tea and 500mls water down tho :) xx

I love that show too, would be torturous to watch it at the moment though (even if I did have TV currently!)

Haha!! I couldn't handle food related at all at first but it's fine now, I think it's because I still have to cook for the family, so had to get over it. X
