It really does! The first week seemed to last for ages! Now all of a sudden i'm near refeed and I'm anxious I'll put weight on (well I know I'll gain water weight) but I mean far weight again. Scary! Off for a swim now so my exercise everyday plan is stuck too
2 swims so far this week, 1 shred, and about 8 miles of walking! Yay! And it's only weds. Xx
