Thailand bulge battle commences!!!

Well done! Wow you're so active! I'm trying, but worried it'll spark my hunger off loads if i do anything to heavy today, just been walking/swimming/strength work today. I just sit in front the tele and do a load of different crunches and free weights. Probably quite lame but better than nothing! Good luck! I have a week and was really really hoping to be 13st exactly by next Tuesday. Maybe a miracle will happen! Xx
 
Ohhh don't worry you'll be fine and you're already doing loads with the walking/swimming etc
I felt really guilty eating but had to trust the r-feed menu and get on with it.
I must admit I was looking forward to getting back to the security of 4 shakes a day.
 
Had a barrell of water and 3 green teas and the hunger gone away again! Def no more cheats, input everything on MFP and still seems ok. Going to bed, day 1 done. :)

Feeling really weird about how I look, I know I've lost 2 and a half stone but I don't feel any different. And when I look in the mirror my stomach is still HUGE which is really depressing me. It's pretty wrecked from having my twins but thought losing this weight would have a better effect than it has. Oh well. Maybe when I get to target and up the exercise I'll get there.

Wish bf was home, I need hugs and he works night so another night as usual sat on my own. Ugh. 7 days and counting to holidays can't bloody wait! I need one after this year! Xx

Give yourself time, I find it hard seeing changes sometimes. A quick measure or trying on old clothes perks me up no end!!

Thanks love. That's the problem the measuring tape doesn't show much difference either, although i think I'm having a bloated pmt day, which always makes me feel like this.

Thanks lovely! Well he can't do too much now I'm just giving up and have pretty much deleted him! I got through 26 years without knowing him so I'm sure I can manage without his lies. Sad people can be that way.

Ok refeed day 2!

Doing it a bit mixed up today as was at mums at lunch so had my meal there rather than later.

Breakfast : 1 shredded wheat with skimmed milk (yuck! So bland!)

Lunch : 80g tuna, 1 hard boiled egg, mixed salad with green beans

Dinner : mac n cheese w/30g peas and a kiwi fruit

So far - 8 glasses of water, 4 green teas and I normal tea with tiny bit skimmed milk

Great idea to keep a diary on here of your day's menu, it's a good habit to try and stick to.
Must take a leaf out of your book / thread when the time comes, to keep tabs on myself! x

Not getting too hyped up for tomorrow as totm just lurking ready to pounce any minute judging by the way
my insides are being pummelled by the lovely Mother Nature!

I was exactly 11st last weigh-in so if I'm just a fraction of a pound inside the 10stone bracket I'll be
very happy with that.

Have really been chugging away at the water this past week so hope that goes in my favour!

Will check in with the result as soon I get into work tomorrow (don't start 'til 10.00...nice!)

not really too sure what it is? Its very strange though. It doesn't feel like nervy sickness as if I get that I usually feel anxious, its just random dizziness then horrible nauseous feeling, yuck!

Well my holiday clothes shopping was a total disaster!! The shops have absolutely nothing summery left in them as the blooming crappy seasons have changed haven't they, autumnal clothes everywhere!! ARGH!

Just going to do a massive online shop at ASOS now and return everything I don't like. I also realised I look bloody awful in shorts! hah! I hoped I would look better after losing some weight but still look crap. dresses look loads nicer than they used to though so at least I can get away with them!

Ok refeed day 3!

Off to town to take my boy to hospital having a meeting to see if he can get his squint corrected, he's nearly 6 so it's an ok age I think. Nipping to bhs after as they seemed to have some quite nice maxi dresses in there when I looked at shopstyle. I think I'm going a little overboard tho!

Breakfast : 30g special k + 130mls milk, a cup of tea and a peppermint tea from our garden :)

Lunch : M&S tandoori king prawn and chargrilled calamari snack pack (100g) , and kiwi fruit, coke zero.

Dinner : 125g salmon filet, 100g asparagus and broccoli, 170g new potato with mint and a tiny bit marg

snack : about 15g special k, and a babybel. I had less protein at dinner so figure this might be ok, hope i've not messed it up.

a load of peppermint tea from the garden, diet coke, and water.

Hope you're feeling better today hun. Would it be vertigo maybe? I had that last year & it's caused by an inner ear virus.
You might've picked it up in the pool? Hope it goes away soon xx
 
hmm maybe it is! I go dizzy quite a lot, and my ears feel weird sometimes, I'll go get it checked out tomorrow if I can get an appointment. Bloody TOTM appeared today, grr. At least that explains the bloated yuck and bad skin, and I thought for a minute there I might be preggers so thats good to know!

Had a bit of an amend to my refeed today, hope it won't mess me up but was hungry when I was out, got a M&S tandoori prawn pack, they are tiny with some calamari, and only 99cals for the fish as I didn't touch the dip. So replaced my pack with that, hope its ok!

Know how you feel, am on totm too! So only one pound for me this week. But that's
fine, considering the predictable water retention dear Mother Nature insists upon!
All crampy and a tad grumpy so time to dose up on Panadol methinks x
 
That's ok with totm, hopefully means you'll get a good one next week too! I blooming hate being a girl, guys have no idea about these crappy hormones we have to deal with every month! Xx

Ooo just had baked salmon, new potatoes and veg. Wow, was lush! And I'm satisfied! Not like stuffed but really satisfied! Yay! Xx
