Well done! Wow you're so active! I'm trying, but worried it'll spark my hunger off loads if i do anything to heavy today, just been walking/swimming/strength work today. I just sit in front the tele and do a load of different crunches and free weights. Probably quite lame but better than nothing! Good luck! I have a week and was really really hoping to be 13st exactly by next Tuesday. Maybe a miracle will happen! Xx
