I did your fish recipe and it was sooooo good. Definitely a favourite!

I dipped the fish in beaten egg and then dusted with seasoned flour and fried in Frylight. I used 1 tbsp flour for 2 very long large haddock fillets.

Soooooooooooo good. I used seasoned salt and black pepper in the flour and drizzled lemon juice over to serve. Fried up nice and golden. So thank for the idea!
 
Mmmm, that sounds nice. Shall have to start printing off all these great recipe ideas I see on here
 
Happy to help! :) The egg dip first is a good idea. I bet it made it seem more like a "batter". Yummy!
 
It was! Only problem was that the last two fillets (I had two long pieces that I cut in half) had a bit of a mushy coating because there was so little flour left (it was wet from the egg) but it was still yummy.

I also used Lawry's seasoned salt and some black pepper in the flour which makes a huge difference, IMO! Being American, I use nothing else!
