Day 2 - complete and a little bit ouchy!!
Well done, girls! Totally impressed. I've seen the 30 day shred and also that mad thing called PX90...no thanks.
I'm with you in spirit but will be starting Turbo Jam (Cardio Party) three times a week tomorrow. Doign just the 20min training video until I get some level of fitness then move on to the full whack which is 45 min and then some abs/bums stuff...

Just checked ratings on DVD, scores very high. Going to order from amazon. Maybe I'll actualy do it if I know others suffering doing it too. Anything worth a try this close to Christmas! X

Day 2
Dragged my friend round to do it with me so i could see if it really was just me that was unfit and actually she was more knackered than me!
found today that my shoulders were quite sore from last night so excercising tired muscles was difficult... think thats one of the flaws of the programme!
also found Jillian to be a tad more annoying tonight haha
Completed it though, and found i managed everything (except the bycicle crunches - i have trouble with them anyway, think its cos my lower abs are super flabby but wil get there... did probably 70% of them though so pleased!)
starting to dawn on me that in 8 days im to move up a level the thought is terrifying haha
goign strong though and was still motivated today to do it, so that can only be a good thing!
also walked about 3 miles today to the remembrance parade so all in all quite a bit of excercise!
