After falling off the wagon in huuuuuuuge style, I have 7 weeks to my holidays in which to crack on, settle down and stop dilly dallying! :booboo:


Day 1 and my weigh in shows I am at my all time high bar 1/2lb, so scratching everything and starting afresh.

Day 1 - Monday

Breakfast - 60g Fruit and fibre (6)

Lunch -
WW spinach and chicken lasagne (8) with vegetables, WW dessert (3)

Tea -
John West tuna Light lunch (5) ML yog (2)

Anytime -
1/2pt skimmed milk (3), M&S reduced fat crisps (3)

Points used =
30/29

Weekly points used =

Tuesday - didn't post but had 33 points so further 4 from weeklies used

Wednesday - Day 3

Breakfast - ML (2) with strawberries

Lunch - M&S reduced fat prawn cocktail with salad (8) strawberries and banana

Tea - 2 slices M&S Multiseed bloomer (8) with 2 tsp Lurpak (2) ham (2), cucumber and tomatoes, fruit salad

Anytime - 1/2pt skimmed milk (3), M&S reduced fat crisps (3),

Total daily points used = 28/29

Weeklies used = 5/29

Must be honest I am really not motivated but I am sticking to the plan, planning ahead of myself so hopefully I will soon get back into the stride of things!


Thursday Day

B - ML with strawberries (2)

L - NUME fragrant prawn broth (7), slice M&S multiseed bloomer bread (4), WW dessert (3)

T - John West Light lunch (5) with salad, fruit salad

Anytime - 1/4pt skimmed milk (1) 1/4pt semi skimmed milk (2), M&S reduced fat crisps (3), banana, pack chewits (3)

Daily points used = 30/29

Total weekly points used =

Friday Day 5

B - OSS with raspberries (3)

L - M&S reduced fat prawn cocktail (8) with salad, raspberries and ML yog (2)

T - NUME spinach and ricotta cannelloni (8) with vegetables

A - milk (3), M&S reduced fat crisps (3) M&S fresh cream chocolate eclair which I was force fed (5)

Daily points - 32/29

Weeklies used - 10/49
 
Like I will be force fed a cornetto tonight! haha!!

Day 6 (altho I am going to change my weigh in day to a Sunday I think and enjoy my roast at the beginning of the week and starve for the rest so this will be my last day of week 1) Saturday

B - OSS with strawberries (3)

L - 3 x slices Danish white (5) with ham (2) and cucumber and 3 tsp butter (3) M&S reduced fat crisps (3)

T - NUME beef in ale with mash (8) with lots of veg

A - milk (2), strawberries and ML (2) cornetto (5)

Daily points - 33/29

Lost 2lbs so thats OK, roast was nice, didn't get on here yesterday but went to 10/49 on weeklies.

Monday - Day 2

B - 2 x Warburtons Danish (3) 2 tsp Lurpak (2) 1 tsp Jam (1)

L - NUME chicken breast in red wine sauce (8) with vegetables, ML yog (2)

T - M&S reduced fat prawn cocktail (8) with salad, banana, M&S reduced fat crisps (3)

A - milk (2) pack chewits (3)

Daily points =
32/29

B - 2 slices Danish white, 2 tsp lurpak, 1 tsp jam (6)

L - ham (2) salad with boiled egg (2) and 1 tbsp lighter mayo (1), ML (2)

T - M&S COU chilli with potato wedges (11) with lots of veg and wispa ice cream bar (3)

A - milk (2), M&S reduced fat crisps (3)

32/29
