After falling off the wagon in huuuuuuuge style, I have 7 weeks to my holidays in which to crack on, settle down and stop dilly dallying! :booboo:
Day 1 and my weigh in shows I am at my all time high bar 1/2lb, so scratching everything and starting afresh.
Day 1 - Monday
Breakfast - 60g Fruit and fibre (6)
Lunch - WW spinach and chicken lasagne (8) with vegetables, WW dessert (3)
Tea - John West tuna Light lunch (5) ML yog (2)
Anytime - 1/2pt skimmed milk (3), M&S reduced fat crisps (3)
Points used = 30/29
Weekly points used = 1/49
