The balanced meal???

Hi misseveet and welcome :)

The main principle is that its low carb so you could use some of your ww recipies just adapt any carby ones! The Atkins forum has some recipies and I'm sure the other girls on here will have some too. I normaly go for chicken steak or fish with a salad, spag bol without the spag, chicken breast stuffed with philly and wrapped in bacon is a good one and I usualy have that with oven roasted peppers, I also really like king prawn omelette made with bean sprouts in yummy! HTH :)
