The balanced meal???

Hey there, just started this today having reached a very long plateau on weight watchers. Just wondering if there is any calorie guidance for the balanced meal? Ive got loads of good WW recipes so used that this evening but didnt know if there were any strict guidelines. Any ideas?

Hi misseveet and welcome :)

The main principle is that its low carb so you could use some of your ww recipies just adapt any carby ones! The Atkins forum has some recipies and I'm sure the other girls on here will have some too. I normaly go for chicken steak or fish with a salad, spag bol without the spag, chicken breast stuffed with philly and wrapped in bacon is a good one and I usualy have that with oven roasted peppers, I also really like king prawn omelette made with bean sprouts in yummy! HTH :)
