well today i had

B- 1 small wholemeal toast, 1 quorn sausage, mushroom, 1 poached egg, grilled tomatoe, and 3 pieces of fatless bacon

L - coliflower, brockoli, green beans, small piece of fish,

D- will just have some fruit & muller lights

S- none

not been for a walk today or yesterday as my lower back is not on my side! although i have still done plenty of house work and kept myself busy, gonna try the walk this evaning instead
 
well been to the doctors to find out i have a slipped disc, now i know why iv been in agony :)

B- none didn't feel well
L- 4x ryvita + WW Tuna + Tomatoe
D - gonna have some ministrone soup with 1 wholegrain cob
S - got 1 apple, bannana, orange, and a muller light with me at work :p

B- Choc n roll ss milk
L - gonna have some ministrone soup with 1 wholegrain cob
D- Chicken breast, actifry chips, mushy peas :)
S- fruit and muller light
 
Aw bad news about your back! How long until it's feeling better?
 
well my back isn't "as" bad as it has been however it still nowhere near better yet, still doing well though and had my weigh in this morning, coming in at 15st 13! /223lb

5lb loss :D

im so chuffed and cant wait to be able to start walking in the mornings again :)

yesterday was another good day started the day off

D - Chicken chow main - Healthy homemade
S- chilli snack o jacks
 
Well, yesterday was going well however after having 3 100% on track weeks i went out last night, went to for a drink, Tgi Fridays for a meal and then the cinema after,

B - Choc n roll with SS milk
L - 1/2 can soup with wholemeal roll
D - Grilled Hot BBQ Chilli Burger + pint of stella, oooops (salad on the side :D
S- apple
 
You're allowed a treat every now and then babes! It's the only thing that stops us from going completely bug shaggnig nuts. The important thing is to just get back on track ond not let the meal out be an excuse to fall back into old habits.

unfortunately the bank holiday will be spent working as i work every weekend lol, dont work mondays though so thats a bonus and weigh in day! still hoping to get the 2lb loss this week.
