The beginning of the summer bod!

Hello all.
I will be starting up Slimmers world today. Mainly because it is so much easier with my husbands way of eating than what Weight watchers is.

I will be doing a red week as I am off work.

So, I shall be starting off the day with two rashers of fatless bacon with an egg and tinned toms and an apple.

For lunch ill have makrel in tom sauce with salad and fruit.

For tea, turkey and veg with fruit salad for finish.

My a will be skimmed milk.

Does this sound like a good day?

The lunch did not happen today been really busy and not hungry since breakfast...even now. Yday I wanted to eat everything and anything...but today...opposite. Love sw lol.

I was the same. Yesterday i could of eaten my body weight. Today finding it tough to eat. Just not hungry.
 
Well yday I had turkey and three Linda McCartney sausages with mountains of veg. Followed by fruit and 0%total greek yoghurt.

My snacks were my 1st b...6 ryvita wholegrain cracker breads...3 (my 2nd a) light laughing cow triangles with some prawns and grapes.

Breakfast - B: wheetabix scrambled eggs, 2 linda McCartney sausages (Lovely!) and a banana
 
Lunch: 2 x ww bread(B:2), langley farm fat free cottage cheese, wafer thin ham muller yoghurt and grapes

Snack: apple
 
Tea: Turkey stir fry...should be interesting...and 0% total yoghurt with a banana. :)

Breakfast: muller light toffee yoghurt.

Snack: blackberries and 0% total.

Lunch: waffer thin ham, salmon and salad.

Add scrambled eggs to that and some cottage cheese and a banana. Sure i am eating too much. What do you guys think?
 
Hi hun. Ive done sw and wouldnt say your eating too much. The thing i love about sw is that you can eat plenty and that you can always have sonething to eat amd never have to be hungry. Xx

Brunch: 3 x turkey rashers, scrambled eggs and mushrooms.

Snack: mango, apple muller light yoghurt

Tea: 2 quorn peppered steaks and heaps of stir fry with a no fat alpen yoghurt
