Tea: beef, cauliflower, cabbage and fruit salad with 0% total greek youghurt.

Lunch: waffer thin ham sandwich with nimble see hex B and two apples

Tea: 1x Linda Mcartney sausage, 3x turkey rashers, tinned toms. 2 x nimble bread with no fat langley farm cottage cheese...scrambled eggs.

Fruit salad and a heap of 0% total greek yoghurt.

Snack: tough day today at work so ive had two boxes of mango pieces and a punnet of blackberries.

Tea: Turkey with a huge salad with fat free cottage cheese.

Strawberries and a muller light yoghurt.

Okay so it was a random breakfast but I had no electricity lol and I was starving.

Lunch: 4 x celery sticks

Tea: slimmers world spag bol (just the meaty sauce part) cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower..

Cant wait I am starving marvin!!!!

Melon. And muller light yoghurt. Activia yoghurt.

Lunch: leafy salad, apple and two plums.

Dinner: Gammon, cauliflour, leeks and mushrooms. Muller light yoghurt and probably some fruit.
