New week..I lost a pound last week. Aiming for 2 now. We'll see how it will go with another camping trip and a birthday party this week.

I've recently started eating rye bread. I realised that with not having carbs I didn't have much fiber in my diet. I think rye bread is brilliant, good for my tummy and filling! One little slice with some ham and salad will keep me full forever!

Hoping for another 100% day!
Started doing situps and using weights to get my arms in shape. I would LOVE to wear a short sleeved shirts. Now every time I wear one I have to put at least 3/4 sleeve shirt under to cover up my huge bingo wings :(
Don't know even if it's possible to get rid of them . Fingers crossed.
Trying to to 100 situps and 100 different pushes for arms.
Splitting them to 50s...Maybe half after work and half before bed. Don't want to work out before work and tire myself out. Let's see how it goes.
I also might become a healthy workplace champion coming up with all kind of healthy eating activities and lunch break games in the park! That would be quite honestly quite AWESOME!

Anyway...

Just wanted to say how good I feel. With my new clothes and lost pounds and little exercise routine. Just need to start from somewhere and it's all achievable! :)

This is how I feel ---> :bliss:

Thank you! :)

Had an amazing weekend walking in North Yorkshire Moors climbing up a mountain and sleeping in a barn.
So tired now, slept 9 hours but still feel so so tired.
Did eat 'normal food' during the weekend though. Didn't want to be difficult. So probably I didn't lose any weight. Too tired to go to the bathroom and weigh myself :)
I did walk around 15 miles though so that should be quite helpful.
Back to my old routine now...

100% day yesterday. I think this is way forward just live one day at the time. :) Scales show 183 lbs. Same as week ago. Haven't lost anything :( I think it was because I had a lot of alcohol on Thusday and Friday. Didn't eat much though. Oh well I'm back where I satarted week ago. I hate the fact that alocohol has so many calories in it.
But the good new is that 3 more pounds to lose and I've lost 2 stones! :)
I better put my losing weight shoes on :)
